§ 59D-12 Operations – Business Premises.

RCNY § 59

(a)Maintenance of Physical Location. A High-Volume For-Hire Service Owner must maintain a principal place of business in a commercially zoned area. 35 RCNY § 59D-12(a)Fine: Suspension until requirement is met.Appearance REQUIRED (b) Application to Move Location. A High-Volume For-Hire Service that moves to a new location must apply to the Commission for approval of the new location prior to moving to the new location. 35 RCNY § 59D-12(b)Fine: Suspension of License.Appearance REQUIRED (Added City Record 12/11/2018, eff. 1/10/2019)
