NYC takes payment on its own site, CityPay. Read the line below first, then go.

CityPay is the City’s own payment site. It is where OATH and ECB summonses are paid. The firm does not take payment for City violations. This page is free to use.

Have the summons number ready. It is printed at the top of the notice, usually ten digits, sometimes ending in a letter. That letter is part of the number.

Three things people ask

I do not know what I owe, or whether anything is owed: Look up the summons number and you will see the charge, the penalty, what the City records as paid, and the hearing date if one is scheduled. Look up a summons.
My hearing is still coming up: Paying closes the case as an admission. You give up the hearing and any chance to contest the violation or reduce the penalty. If you meant to fight it, talk to an attorney before you pay.
A default was entered against me: A default means no one appeared and the penalty was imposed without a defense. It can sometimes be reopened, and the deadlines for that are short. Speak to an attorney before you pay.
