The hearing date and where it is
The date, the time, and whether the hearing is by phone. This is the deadline that matters.
Status, result and what it means
Scheduled, defaulted, dismissed, in violation: the City’s words, and one line on what to do about them.
The charge and the balance
What was cited, the penalty, what has been paid, and whether you should pay anything yet.
Where the ticket number is
It is printed at the top of the notice, usually ten digits and sometimes ending in a letter. Leading zeros do not matter. If you only have a photo of the notice, send us the photo and we will read it.
