(a)High-Volume For-Hire Service License Required. No person or entity is permitted to operate a business as a High-Volume For-Hire Service without a Valid High-Volume For-Hire Service License from the Commission. 35 RCNY § 59D-09(a)Fine: $10,000 per dayAppearance REQUIRED (b) Advertising of Unlicensed For-Hire Service.
