§ 59D-19 Operations – Compliance with Licensing Statements.

(a)Compliance with Business Plan. A High-Volume Service must adhere to the Business Plan it filed with the Commission pursuant to 35 RCNY § 59D-05(b). Any deviation from the Business Plan must be approved by the Commission prior to implementation. 35 RCNY § 59D-19(a) Fine: $500 and suspension up to 30 daysAppearance REQUIRED (b) Corrective Action Plan. A High-Volume For-Hire Service must comply with any corrective action plan approved by the Commission pursuant to 35 RCNY § 59D-05(c)(1) and 35 RCNY § 59D-13(c). 35 RCNY § 59D-19(b) Fine: $500 and suspension up to 30 daysAppearance REQUIRED (c) Driver Deductions and Fee.
