§ 12-06 Administrative Review Process.

RCNY § 12-06

(a)In the event an individual is found ineligible for a Fair Fares discount under 68 RCNY § 12-03 or 12-04, or is determined to have misused or abused the discount or committed fraud on the Program, they may request administrative review of the decision by submitting a review request, in a form and manner established by the Program, within 14 days of the date of the decision.

(b)The Program will review any documentation and/or information that the applicant or participant submits and issue written notice of the final determination within 30 days of the Program's receipt of such documentation or information.
