§ 26-3015 Power to hold investigatory hearings; subpoena power; production of documents.

AC § 26-3015

The department may investigate any matter within its jurisdiction pursuant to this chapter and shall have full power to compel the attendance, to examine and take testimony under oath of such persons as it may deem necessary in relation to such investigation, and to require the production of books, accounts, papers and other evidence relevant to such investigation.
