§ 26-3012 Failure to comply.

AC § 26-3012

Failure to comply with an order of the commissioner issued pursuant to this chapter to correct and to certify correction of a violation within the applicable time period shall be a violation of this chapter for which a civil penalty of not more than $10,000 may be imposed in addition to the penalties that may be or have been imposed for the violation referred to in such order. Upon application, for good cause, the commissioner may extend the time for filing the certification of correction of a violation. (L.L. 2022/045, 1/15/2022, eff. 7/14/2022)
