§ 22-1301 Definitions.

AC § 22-1301

For purposes of this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings: Commissioner. The term "commissioner" means the commissioner of small business services. Department. The term "department" means the department of small business services. Mayor's office for people with disabilities. The term "mayor's office for people with disabilities" means the office established under executive order number 73 for the year 2021 or any successor office or agency that carries out the same or substantially similar functions. Mayor's office of talent and workforce development. The term "mayor's office of talent and workforce development" means the office established under executive order number 22 for the year 2022 or any successor office or agency that carries out the same or substantially similar functions.
