§ 21-410 Distribution of educational materials on drugs and opiates to youth services programs.

AC § 21-410

a. The department shall make available the educational materials on drugs and opiates awareness and prevention developed by the department of health and mental hygiene pursuant to section 17-199.9 to youth attending afterschool programs funded by the department for students in grades six to twelve. b. The department shall ensure that such educational materials are available on the department's website in English and in each of the designated citywide languages as defined in section 23-1101.
