§ 21-409 Capacity plan.

AC § 21-409

No later than October 1, 2018, the department shall develop and submit to the speaker of the council and post on its website a plan to provide shelter services to all runaway youth and homeless youth who request such shelter from the department, consistent with regulations of the office of children and family services. Such plan shall be informed by the report required pursuant to section 21-404. (L.L. 2018/086, 4/7/2018, eff. 4/7/2018)
