§ 20-1264 Outreach and education.

AC § 20-1264

a. The commissioner shall conduct an ongoing outreach and education campaign about the provisions of this subchapter.

1.Such outreach and education shall be provided to employers, employees and members of the public who are likely to be affected by this law.

2.The department shall develop and distribute to employers written and electronic materials containing information related to this subchapter.

3.Employers shall distribute written and electronic materials created by the department directly to their employees in both electronic and print format. b. The materials required by this section shall be made available in English and the designated citywide languages as provided in section 23-1101. (L.L. 2023/146, 11/5/2023, eff. 3/4/2024)
