906.1 General.

MC § 906.1

Factory-built barbecue appliances shall be listed and labeled for the use intended and shall be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, this chapter, the New York City Fuel Gas Code, and Chapters 3, 5, 7, 8 of this code. The construction and installation of chimneys serving barbeque appliances shall comply with all construction and installation requirements of fireplaces. (Am.
