802.6 Minimum vent heights.

MC § 802.6

Vents shall terminate not less than 5 feet (1524 mm) in vertical height above the highest connected appliance flue collar. Exceptions: 1. Venting systems of direct vent appliances shall be installed in accordance with the appliance and the vent manufacturer's instructions.

2.Appliances listed for outdoor installations incorporating integral venting means shall be installed in accordance with their listings and the manufacturer's instructions.
