MC § 1305.2.2

Where horizontal fuel-oil piping is concealed within the building construction, such piping at intervals not more than 40 feet (12 192 mm) in length and at all changes of direction shall be identified by a permanent label or tag. The label or tag shall be located outside of the enclosure.
