MC § 1305.15.6

Nonmetallic fuel-oil tanks shall be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, this code and NFPA 31. Installation of above-ground nonmetallic fuel-oil storage tanks shall be performed by an oil-burning equipment installer licensed by the department with training and experience certified by the manufacturer.
