MC § 1305.15.1

Nonmetallic tanks shall be permitted for one- and two-family dwellings only. Use of nonmetallic tanks in multi-family dwellings is prohibited. Nonmetallic fuel-oil tanks shall not be used for storage of waste-oil and flammable liquids.
