FGC § 504.3.2

The vent connector shall be routed to the vent utilizing the shortest possible route. Except as provided in Section 504.3.3, the maximum vent connector horizontal length shall be 1 1/2 feet for each inch (18 mm for each mm) of connector diameter as shown in Table 504.3.2.
