416.3.7 Device maintenance.

FGC § 416.3.7

The overpressure protection device: (i) shall be properly maintained and inspected every two years by a licensed master plumber; (ii) inspection records shall be maintained by the owner and made available to the department; (iii) inspection procedures shall be in accordance with the commissioner; and (iv) replacements or repairs shall be promptly made. Exception: Where the gas pressure is 15 psig (103.4 kPa gauge) or above, the overpressure protection device shall be inspected annually.
