§ 344-K SECTION 344-K Impairment of rights

RPL § 344-K · effective 2026-12-12

§ 344-k. Impairment of rights. Nothing in this section shall impair any rights existing under law prior to the effective date of this section of anyone claiming an interest in a manufactured home.
