§ 80-10 Licensing – Care and Use of License.

RCNY § 80-10

(a)Loss or Theft of License. A Driver must notify the Commission in writing of the loss or theft of his or her TLC Driver License within 72 hours (not counting weekends and holidays). 35 RCNY § 80-10(a)Fine: $50Appearance NOT REQUIRED (b) Unreadable License. A Driver must immediately surrender any unreadable or unrecognizable TLC Driver License to the Commission for replacement and reissue. 35 RCNY § 80-10(b)Fine: $50Appearance NOT REQUIRED (c) Restrictions on License. A Driver must comply with all restrictions upon his or her Chauffeur's License. 35 RCNY § 80-10(c)Fine: $50Appearance NOT REQUIRED (d) No Alteration. A Driver must not alter in any way any portion of his TLC Driver License or the attached photograph. 35 RCNY § 80-10(d)Fine: $50Appearance NOT REQUIRED (e) Keep Likeness Updated. Whenever a Driver's physical appearance has changed to any significant extent, the Driver must contact the Commission and arrange to have a new photograph of him- or herself taken at the Commission offices. 35 RCNY § 80-10(e)Fine: $50Appearance NOT REQUIRED (f) Surrender of License. A Driver must surrender his or her License to the Commission immediately upon revocation of the License.
