§ 80-05 Licensing – Paratransit Driver Authorization to Drive a Street Hail Livery.

RCNY § 80-05

The holder of a Valid Paratransit Driver's License is authorized to drive a Street Hail Livery for hire, subject to the provisions and requirements of this chapter, including that the Paratransit Driver meets the eligibility requirements of this Chapter and that the Paratransit Driver complies with all requirements in this Chapter while operating a Street Hail Livery, BUT: (a) The holder of a Valid Paratransit Driver's License is authorized ONLY to drive an Accessible Street Hail Livery and (b) The holder of a Valid Paratransit Driver's License must comply with all requirements of this Chapter while operating an Accessible Street Hail Livery.
