§ 66-26 Trip Request Capabilities.

RCNY § 66-26

(a)The Technology System must be capable of servicing Accessible E-Hail Requests to Drivers of Taxis and Street Hail Liveries via a TLC-licensed E-Hail Application Provider or other solution approved by the TLC.

(1)The Technology System must be capable of the following functions: (i) Automatically send Accessible E-Hail Requests to Drivers any time the taximeter or the Technology System, or both the taximeter and the Technology System, are on or engaged. 35 RCNY § 66-26(a) Fine: $500Appearance NOT REQUIRED (Added City Record 4/2/2025, eff. 5/2/2025)
