Technology System Provider License Required. An individual or Business Entity must not sell, lease, make available for use, install, maintain, service or repair a Technology System in any Taxicab or Street Hail Livery, or enter into or renew a contract with a Taxicab or Street Hail Livery Licensee for the sale, lease, use, installation, maintenance, service or repair of an System without a Valid Technology System Provider License. 35 RCNY § 66-08Penalty: $10,000Appearance REQUIRED (Added City Record 5/17/2018, eff. 6/16/2018)
