AHCC Program Benefits are available for a portion of an Eligible Multiple Dwelling which represents an Increase in Gross Cubic Content of such Eligible Multiple Dwelling, provided that at least fifty percent of the floor area of the completed Eligible Multiple Dwelling consists of the pre-existing Non-Residential Building that was converted.
