The restrictive declaration required pursuant to paragraph one of subdivision c of 28 RCNY § 64-02 shall constitute the legal instrument, in accordance with subparagraph (v) of paragraph (j) of subdivision six of the Act, by which the requirements associated with AHCC Program Benefits will be recorded and enforced.
