§ 61B-19 Records – Current Contact Information.

(a)Current Phone Number for Immediate Access. A Commuter-Van Service Owner must maintain on file with the Commission a current telephone number (connected to an answering machine or recording device), pager number, answering service number or a number for any similar means of telephone contact that allows the Vehicle Owner to be reached by the Commission on a 24-hour basis. 35 RCNY § 61B-19(a)Fine: $100Appearance NOT REQUIRED (b) Mailing and Email Address.

(1)A Commuter-Van Service Owner must have a working Email Address at all times.

(2)A Commuter-Van Service Owner must report any change of Mailing Address or Email Address to the Commission in person or by mail within ten days. 35 RCNY § 61B-19(b)(1)-(2)Fine: $100Appearance NOT REQUIRED (3) Any communication from the Commission is sufficient if sent to the last Mailing Address provided by the Commuter-Van Service Owner.

(4)Any communication from the Commission, except notices and summonses for which the manner of service is specified in 35 RCNY § 68-05, is sufficient if sent by email to the last Email Address provided by the Commuter-Van Service Owner.
