§ 61B-01 Scope of this Subchapter.

(a)To establish the procedures and requirements for obtaining and maintaining Authorization for a Commuter-Van Service.
(b)To provide penalties for violation of the requirements of maintaining Authorization for a Commuter-Van Service.
(c)The Rules in this Subchapter apply, primarily, to the Commuter-Van Service Owner. When a Rule references that another party is also responsible, unless otherwise clearly stated, the responsibility is joint and several and both parties may be held entirely responsible for a violation of the Rule.
