(a)Financial and Operational Records. A Base Owner must maintain complete financial and other operational records for a period of three years. The records must be available to the Commission for inspection and must include the following: (1) The driver's trip records (2) Any workers' compensation insurance coverage (3) Any other documents created or maintained in conjunction with the operation of a Base 35 RCNY § 60B-20(a)Fine: $50Appearance NOT required
