(a)Compliance with Workers' Compensation Law. A Base Station Owner must comply with all provisions of the New York State Workers' Compensation law and regulations, and provide coverage and benefits to all eligible employees. 35 RCNY § 60B-11(a)Fine: $25 for each day of non-compliance and either suspension until compliance or license revocationAppearance REQUIRED
