§ 6-45 Compliance with Other Authority.

RCNY § 6-45

(a)As provided in subdivision (d) of 67 RCNY § 6-30, notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, a permit shall not be issued for a public pay telephone pursuant to this chapter unless the owner of such telephone demonstrates that he or she has obtained all permissions required by applicable provisions of Federal, State and local law, as well as rules and regulations promulgated and agreements entered into pursuant thereto.

(b)A public pay telephone shall be sited, installed, operated and maintained in compliance with all applicable provisions of Federal, State and local law, as well as rules and regulations promulgated and agreements entered into pursuant thereto.
