§ 6-40 Applicability.

RCNY § 6-40

A public pay telephone shall comply with the requirements set forth in this subchapter provided, however, that the provisions of subdivision (d), subparagraphs (i), (ii), (vii), (viii) and (x) through (xxiv) of paragraph (e)(2), and subdivisions (f) through (n) of 67 RCNY § 6-41 shall not apply to a public pay telephone permitted pursuant to this chapter that was previously licensed pursuant to former § 19-131 or 19-128 of the Code.
