§ 52-26 Commission Review and Grounds for Rejection.

RCNY § 52-26

(a)Consideration By Commission. The Commission will consider all proposed pilot programs forwarded by the Chairperson and will approve or reject such programs.

(b)Grounds for Rejection. Grounds for rejection include but are not limited to the following: (1) The merits of the proposal; (2) The administrative ability of the Commission or its staff to implement, monitor, or evaluate the proposed pilot program.
