RCNY § 4-123

(a)Any product that is labeled, advertised or described as containing any part or ingredient derived from a species identified as including all populations in the endangered or threatened species list shall be subject to the prohibitions specified in § 20-699 of the New York City Administrative Code.

(b)Any member, or any part derived from a member of an endangered or threatened species identified by the common or scientific name that is listed on the website of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, which will be linked to the website of the department, shall be subject to the prohibitions specified in § 20-699 of the New York City Administrative Code.
