§ 4-121 Publication of Endangered or Threatened Species List.

RCNY § 4-121

(a)The commissioner shall publish the endangered or threatened species list by April 1, 2005 and annually thereafter on the same date or on the first business day thereafter on the website of the department. Such list shall be published in English and in Chinese.

(b)The endangered or threatened species list shall: (1) include a description of the contents of, and a link to, the website of the New York Department of Environmental Conservation that identifies all endangered or threatened species; and (2) identify by common name such of the endangered or threatened species that includes all populations.
