(a)The sign required to be posted by § 20-682 of the Administrative Code of the City of New York at the point of display of any prepackaged unprocessed or untreated fresh or frozen meat, except ground meat, to inform consumers of the right to a refund or exchange if such product was unsatisfactory shall: (i) read substantially as follows: "SATISFACTION GUARANTEED" (In capital block letters at least 3/4 inch high bold face type). "IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH A MEAT PURCHASE THAT WAS PREPACKAGED IN THIS STORE, PLEASE RETURN IT WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE AND WE WILL REPLACE IT OR PROVIDE A FULL REFUND AS REQUIRED BY LAW." (In capital block letters at least 1/2 inch high.) (ii) be not less than 11 inches by 17 inches in size.
