RCNY § 2-26

(a)The Commission will issue a final decision after fully considering the arguments by the parties and the record on appeal.

(b)The Commission may dispose of an appeal by placing its decision on the record during a hearing or at the conclusion of a pre-hearing conference.

(c)Unless the Commission finds that legally recognized grounds exist to omit information from a decision, all decisions will be issued without redaction. In its own discretion, or on the motion of a party, the Commission may redact or omit certain information. (Added City Record 11/3/2022, eff. 12/3/2022)
