The parties to a hearing conducted pursuant to 60 RCNY § 2-15 must have all of their witnesses available on the hearing date. A party intending to introduce documents into the record at a hearing must serve the other side via mail or electronic means prior to the hearing date. (Added City Record 11/3/2022, eff. 12/3/2022)
