§ 1-01 Commission Meetings.

Regular meetings of the Art Commission shall be held at least once each month, as determined by the Commission and Executive Director. Notice of the meetings shall be posted on the Commission's Web site, and in accordance with the New York State Open Meetings Law, (Article 7 of the NYS Public Officers Law), and shall be made available upon request. Special meetings may be called by the President or Executive Director at any time, and may also be called upon request of three (3) or more members of the Commission.
