§ 28-325.1.1 Covered buildings and structures.

AC § 28-325.1.1

Such buildings or structures include: 1. Buildings constructed after the effective date of this article; 2. Alterations to existing buildings performed after the effective date of this article resulting in a plenum penetration by a chimney or vent serving an appliance with a heat input not greater than 350,000 Btu/hr.
