§ 28-324.3.2 Notification.

AC § 28-324.3.2

Prior to the triennial full-scale deployment inspection, the owner shall notify the department and the fire department in accordance with procedures established by the department. Such notification shall not relieve the applicant, owner, engineer, architect or contractor of the obligation to comply with any notification or permitting requirement of the New York city department of transportation or the New York state department of transportation.
