Matthew Glogower, Esq.

Matthew Glogower is an attorney at Nacmias Law Firm, practicing in the firm's Landlord-Tenant and Civil Litigation groups. He represents property owners, managing agents, and businesses in Housing Court and in civil proceedings across New York City — including nonpayment and holdover proceedings, lease and tenancy disputes, and the civil litigation that grows out of them.

His work runs the length of a matter: reviewing the lease and tenancy history, preparing the predicate notices and pleadings, appearing on the calendar, and negotiating a resolution where a settlement serves the client better than a decision would. Clients working with Matthew know where their case stands and what the realistic options are at each stage.

Matthew earned his J.D. from New York Law School in 2025.
