AC § 28-118.22

The department shall not issue a certificate of occupancy with respect to a building or premises that is part of a covered development project unless the applicant submits proof that the department of environmental protection has issued a stormwater maintenance permit for any post-construction stormwater management facilities serving such building or premises. (L.L. 2017/097, 5/30/2017, eff. 6/1/2019)
