§ 28-105.12.13 Reporting to the department of health and mental hygiene.

AC § 28-105.12.13

The department shall maintain an electronic record of all permits issued that indicate that section 28-105.12.12 applies to the building subject to such permit. The department shall make such permit information available to the department of health and mental hygiene. (L.L. 2021/040, 4/18/2021, eff. 4/18/2022)
