§ 28-105.12.11 Inspections.

AC § 28-105.12.11

Upon issuance of a permit and at any time during such permit period, the commissioner or his or her authorized representatives, in the discharge of their duties, shall have the right to enter, in accordance with applicable law, upon any buildings, enclosures, premises, or any part thereof, or attached thereto for the purposes of an inspection of work pursuant to such permit to ensure that such work is not occurring in an unsafe or dangerous manner, and that such work is being performed in compliance with applicable code provisions. If the commissioner or his or her authorized representative is unable to gain access to such property expeditiously for the purposes of an inspection of work pursuant to such permit and there is a reason to believe that the work is being done in violation of the law, the commissioner shall issue a stop work order. Such stop work order may be rescinded in accordance with section 28-207.2.3. (L.L. 2019/111, 6/8/2019, eff. 10/6/2019)
