§ 28-103.7.1 Sharing results of buildings inspections.

AC § 28-103.7.1

The commissioner, the fire commissioner and the commissioner of the department of environmental protection shall share information regarding violations issued as a result of inspections of buildings meeting agreed-upon criteria that are relevant to the responsibilities of each department.
