AC § 27-902

(a)No person shall use or install any new or used plumbing material or equipment, unless it complies with the requirements set forth in this subchapter and reference standard RS-16.

(b)No person shall use any portable equipment that utilizes mercury to test the pressure of gas piping, drainage or vent systems. Editor's note: For related unconsolidated provisions, see Appendix A at L.L. 2001/017.
