AC § 27-508.7

Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 26-122, 26-125 and 26-248 of this code, a violation of this article shall not subject any person to liability for a criminal offense. Editor's note: For related unconsolidated provisions, see Appendix A at L.L. 1998/010.
