§ 27-2154 Housing authority code violations.

AC § 27-2154

The department of housing preservation and development and the department of buildings shall each maintain data on their respective websites recording open code violations in public housing developments owned by the New York city housing authority in the same manner as such departments maintain data recording open code violations of private entities. (2022 N.Y. Laws Ch. 383, 7/19/2022, eff. 1/1/2023)
