§ 26-905 Ineligibility for inclusion on prequalified lists.

AC § 26-905

a. In addition to any other penalty provided by law, any contractor or subcontractor who fails to provide wage reporting information in accordance with section 26-904 of this chapter shall be ineligible to be included on a prequalified list of contractors and subcontractors. b. In addition to any other penalty provided by law, any contractor or subcontractor with a history of construction conditions, as determined by the department, shall be ineligible to be included on a prequalified list of contractors and subcontractors.
